J & J Inc Trash Service FAQ

Your trash pickup will be pushed back one day if the holiday falls on or before your collection day. In Frederick County and Washington County, our business observes New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In Carroll County, we observe New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In Montgomery County, we observe New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. The above applies to only individual customers who pay J&J directly. HOA's and Municipalities often will have altered schedules. Call our office or your management team to find you collection schedule.

Paying your garbage service bill is easy! You can set up automatic payments through our site with a credit card or ACH! Or give us a call to make a payment over the phone! We offer paperless billing and auto-pay to ensure you never miss or forget about your bill!

The due date of your bill will vary depending on the county you live in. Frederick bills are due on 12/31, 3/30, 6/30, and 9/30. Carroll County and Washington County is due on 1/31, 4/30, 7/31, and 10/31. Montgomery County is due on 2/28, 5/31, 8/31, and 11/30. Late fees are added after 5 days after your bill becomes due.

Bulk items are any debris that isn't typical household trash, such as couches, mattresses, tables, and other large items. In need of garbage services? Call us today for a special pickup!

Our team will pick up your trash on your scheduled day, but times may vary. Please put your items out for trash pickup the night before.
